摘　　要：综述了近10年来环境样品和食品样品中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸残留量的前处理方法和检测方法。前处理方法中介绍了提取、净化、衍生等方法,检测方法主要采用的是气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法两种方法,而液相色谱法测定结果比较理想。Review methods used over last morn than 10 years for pretreatment and determination residues of glyphosate and aminomethyl phosphonic acid. Methods of pretreatment are included extraction, purification, derivatization and so on. GC and HPLC are maily used in the determination, and HPLC is better method.
