学龄前儿童散光眼特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨学龄前儿童眼散光的主要类型、特征以及与矫正视力的关系。方法:对2005～2006年在我科散瞳验光的3～6岁学龄前儿童832例1487眼散光进行统计分析。结果:复性远视散光最多,占65.84%,其他依次为混合散光,占17.68%、单纯远视散光9.89%、复性近视散光5.85%、单纯近视散光0.75%。散光程度0.50～1.00DC占44.05%、1.25～2.00DC者占31.81%、2.25～3.00DC占13.72%、3.25～4.00DC占8.07%、>4.00DC者占2.35%。顺规散光占96.57%、逆规散光占2.22%、斜向散光占1.21%。双眼散光占78.73%、单眼散光占21.27%。矫正视力≤0.8者占63.35%。结论:复性远视散光是学龄前儿童散光的主要类型,散光与弱视密切相关,应积极开展学龄前儿童眼屈光的筛查,合理矫正儿童眼散光,提高散光眼视功能。Objective： To investigate the main type and character of astigmatism in preschool children , and explore the relation between it and the corrected visual acuityMethods： 832 eases preschool children who were 3 to 6 - year - old were collected in our department form 2005 to 2006 , and 1 487 eyes of astigmatism were statistically analyzed. Results： In the astigmatic eyes , compound hyperopia astigmatism was the most 65.84% , then was the mixed astigmatism 17. 68% , third was simple hyperopia astigmatism 9. 89% , compound myopia astigmatism 5.58% , the last was simple myopia astigmatism 0. 75% . In the constituent ratio of astigmatic diopter, 0. 5 DC to 1.00 DC made up 44. 05% of the astigmatic eyes , 1.25 DC to 2. 00DC 31.81% , 2. 25DC to 3. 00 DC 13.72% , 3. 25 DC to 4. 00 DC 8.07% , and 〉 4. 00 DC 2.35% . Direct astigmatism made up 96. 57% of the astigmatic eyes , indirect astigmatism 2.22% , and oblique astigmatism 1.21% . In astigmatic children , 78.73% was binocular , and 21.27% was monocular. Corrected visual acuity ≤0. 8 made up 63.35%. Conclusion： The main type of astigmatic with the preshool children age is compound hyperopia astigmatism , there is an association between astigmatic and amblyopia. We should develop the astigmatism eyes fitration of preschool children , correct the children with astigmatic and enhance the visual function of astigmatic eyes actively.
