落地生复方烧伤喷雾剂的体外药效研究

摘　　要：目的:以"落地生"提取物为原料试制"落地生"复方烧伤喷雾剂并进行体外药效研究。方法:将落地生的乙酸乙酯提取物制成"落地生复方烧伤喷雾剂"与烧伤酊、2%SD—Ag混悬液、溶剂分别进行抑菌实验、皮肤烧伤实验和抗感染实验。结果:与2%SD—Ag混悬液相比,烧伤喷雾剂对绿脓假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌作用略低,对普通变形杆菌的抑菌作用相当,而对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用则略强;复方烧伤喷雾剂可明显促进烧伤创面的愈合,与2%SD—Ag效果相似;复方烧伤喷雾剂对豚鼠Ⅲ度烧伤的抗感染作用非常显著。结论:复方烧伤喷雾剂可明显促进烧伤创面的愈合,且其抗感染作用也非常显著。Objective：To study on the pharmacodynamics of Luodisheng compound burn-spray in vitro, which is made by extraction that is extracted from Luodisheng raw materials.Methods：The Luodisheng compound burn-spary was made from Luodisheng acetic ether extraction,the bacteriostasis experiment,skin burns experiment and anti-infection experiment were performed together with shaoshangding,2% SD-Ag mixed liquid and solvent.Resulsts：Compared with 2% SD-Ag,the bacteriostasis action of Luodisheng compound burn-spray to pseudomonas pyocyanea and colon bacillus was a little lower,while the action to staphylococcus aureus was a little higher,and the action to proteus vulgaris was corresponding to 2% SD-Ag.The Luodisheng compound burn-spray could obviously facilitate healing of burn wound,which was similar to 2% SD-Ag,The Luodisheng compound burn-spray also had significantly anti-infection function to third degree burns of guinea pigs.Conclusions：Luodisheng compound burn-spray can obviously promote healing of burn wound, and also has significant anti-infecton effects.
