摘  要:目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在肺鳞癌、肺腺癌发生发展中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法收集临床肺鳞癌、腺癌标本76例,其中包括鳞癌31例、腺癌45例,并用免疫组化法检测标本中COX-2的表达及以CD34衡量的微血管增生情况。结果31例肺鳞癌肿瘤细胞表面COX-2表达阳性率为29%;45例肺腺癌标本COX-2表达阳性率为66.7%。肺鳞癌与腺癌标本以及TNM分期中COX-2表达评分差异均有显著性。MVD与肺癌的TNM分期和淋巴结转移有相关性。COX-2表达与MVD计数正相关。结论COX-2在肺癌发生、发展中具有重要作用,该作用与促进微血管生成具有密切的关系。Objective To investigate the expression of cycloexygenase-2 (COX-2) protein on human lung squamous cancer and glandular cancer, and to find the relationship between the expression of COX-2 molecule and microvessel density (MVD). Methods The expression of COX-2 and MVD count of the specimens obtained,were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results A total of 76 speci- mens of various pathological phase during the carcinogenesis were obtained: human lung squamous cancer 31 cases;glandular cancer 45 cases. The immunohistochemical score (IHS) of COX-2 significantly increased in hyperplasia and metastasis ( P 〈0. 01 ). Remarkably in- creased MVD was found in carcinoma in infiltration carcinoma and metastasis (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was a positive correlation between COX- 2 and MVD count ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion COX-2 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of lung cancer during its progress, and it may be associated with stimulating angiogenesis.
