摘  要:目的:研究甲壳低聚糖硒的合成并初步探讨其降糖效果。方法:以甲壳低聚糖与亚硒酸反应络合成甲壳低聚糖硒,并对该络合物的稳定性及硒含量进行检测;以20μg.kg-1.d-1体重剂量硒的甲壳低聚糖硒灌胃,观察其对实验性糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖的影响。结果:甲壳低聚糖硒水溶液中不存在游离的硒离子,表明硒元素与甲壳低聚糖形成了稳定的配合物;甲壳低聚糖硒能显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖。结论:甲壳低聚糖与硒能形成稳定的配合物,并具有显著的降糖作用。Objective:To study the synthesis of Selenium-Chitooligosaccharides and hypoglycemic activity in experimental type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Chitooligosaccharide and inferior selenium sour response will compose Selenium- Chitooligosaccharides. Then determine the complex's stabilities and content of selenium. Selenium- Chitooligosaccharides were given to rats at a dose of 20μg · kg^-1 · d^-1 (eg,for 10 weeks), and the effect on glucose level of diabetic rats was observed. Results: Selenium-Chitooligosaccharides aqueous solution has not dissociated selenium, which indicates that selenium element and chitooligosaccharide form a steady complex. Selenium-Chitooligosaccharides decrease the levels of fasting glucose. Conclusion: This finding suggests that Chitooligosaccharide and selenium can form the steady cooperation complex, and the hypoglycemic effect of the complex is obviously.
