摘  要:采用预乳化工艺和半连续种子聚合法合成了具有核壳结构的醋。丙乳液,研究了聚合过程中软硬单体比例、乳化剂含量及其在核壳阶段的比例以及功能单体比例对产品性能的影响。结果表明,软硬单体质量比为65:25,乳化剂用量为3%[并在核壳阶段的比例为(1.5—2):1],功能单体(HEMA/N—MA/AA)质量比为2:1:5,可以得到综合性能良好的核壳型醋一丙乳液。。The title core-shell structured vinyl acetate/acrylic emulsion was prepared using pre -emulsltlCatlon technology and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The influence of weight ratio of hard and soft monomers, amount of emulsifier, weight ratio of emulsifiers in two phases of core and shell and weight ratio of functional monomers on the emulsion polymerization and the properties of emulsion was discussed. The results showed that a good performance emulsion was obtained at the following conditions: weight ratio of hard and soft monomers 65/25, emulsifier content 3% by weight and weight ratio of emulsifier in two phases of core and shell 1.5 -2 ,weight ratio of functional monomers (HEMA/N-MMA/AA) 2/1/5.
