摘　　要：在Solidworks、Auto CAD等软件的协助下,设计了一种适用于铅钙合金生产线上代替人工劳动的结构简单、成本低廉、工作稳定、易于控制的桁架机构浮渣铲除机器人,介绍了该系统的总体结构、工作流程和液压驱动、控制原理。Design a kind of truss structures robot which is able to replace the manual operation completely for Mould Product Line for Alloy of Lead and Calcium under the software ＆ tools of Solidworks and Auto CAD. The robot t is easy to realized, high-stability, simple in its structure and low in cost. The structure of the system and its working process are introduced in the paper, hydraulic transmission and control of the robot is introduced.
