摘　　要：通过AVL GLIDE的仿真计算,活塞敲击模拟结果和故障件吻合,并就活塞强度的几个问题展开讨论,找出活塞故障的原因,并为改进提出建议。By simulation analysis with AVL GLIDE software, the simulation result meets with the failure pattern of the piston. And several questions about the piston intensity were discussed, finally the analysis finds out the reason of piston fault and suggestion for the improvement for piston was put forward.
