摘　　要：从病机挈要、辨治思路、验案示例方面，结合图表，选举门诊与病房典型病例，讲述痄腮临证心法，旨在总结、交流临床带教经验，以期激发实习学生的学习兴趣，提升中医临床专业毕业生实习教学水平。This paper recorded experience on clinical treatment of Mumps from the aspects of pathogen,esis, syndrome differentiation, and examples of proved cases. The aim of this paper was to summarize and exchange experiences, so as to facilitate the students＇ interest in study, and to improve teaching level of clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
