胆肠Roux-en-Y定向吻合在治疗胆道疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨胆肠Roux-en-Y定向吻合术治疗某些胆道疾病的价值。方法对50例胆道疾病施行胆肠Roux-en-Y定向吻合术的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果优38例,良9例,差3例,死亡0例,优良率94%。结论胆肠Roux-en-Y定向吻合术,只要正确选择适应证,注意术中操作细节,是治疗肝内外胆管结石等胆道疾病的有效术式。Objective To discuss the＇value of directional Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy in treating some biliary tract disease. Methods The therapeutic effect of directional Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy on 50 patients with biliary tract disease was retrospectively analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect was described as excellent, good, poor and dead. There were 38 cases excellent, 9 cases good and 3 cases poor with excellent and good rate of 94%. None ended with death. Conclusion Directional Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy is available to the treatment of some biliary tract disease including intra- and extra-hepatic bile duct stones.
