摘　　要：目的了解大学新生心理健康基本状况以及近年来的变化。方法采用UPI调查表对学院近4年来的7 650例大学新生进行测试。结果55.7%的新生心理健康状况是正常的,存在心理问题者占14.1%,可能有某种问题者占30.2%;自卑、焦虑、强迫是大学新生的主要心理问题;女生的UPI得分(14.49±7.97)均高于男生(12.25±7.34),差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.91,p<0.01)。结论应重视和加强大学新生心理健康的测查和建档工作,对于女生的心理健康状况要给予特别关注。Objective To get a thorough understanding of the current psychological situation of the freshmen. Method 7 650 freshmen were investigated by the UPI questionaire. Results 55.7% of the freshmen of the mental health. The ones of psychological problems account for 14.1%. The ones maybe of some problems account for 30.2 %. The main psychological problems are anxiety, self-contempt, and constraint. Girls＇ UPI score （14.49±7.97） is higher than boys＇（12.25±7.34）, and there is a significant difference （χ^2 =2.91,p〈0.01）. Conclusion Enough attention shonld be payed to the freshmen＇s psychological health, especially to girls.
