大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机的关系。方法利用时间管理倾向量表、成就动机问卷对299名大学生进行调查。结果大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机成显著正相关,且对成就动机有显著的预测作用;其中时间效能感对成就动机有直接效应,时间价值感和时间监控观对成就动机有间接效应。结论大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机存在显著关系。Objective To explore the relationship of university students＇time management disposition with achievement motivation. Method Time management disposition questionnaire and AMS were performed by 299 university students. Results There were significant correlations between university students＇time management disposition and achievement motivation. Time management disposition and the sense of time efficiency had predictability on achievement. The sense of time efficiency had direct effects on achievement, whereas the sense of time value and the sense of time control had indirect effects on them. Conclusion There were significant relations between university students time management disposition and achievement motivation.
