摘 要:目的探讨贫困大学生心理健康问题,并提出有效的应对策略。方法随机抽取64名贫困大学生应用MMPI-2人格测试量表、SCL-90、房、树、人(HTP)心理评定量表作测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果贫困生的MMPI-2测试量表各因子得分,与全国成人常模得分比较,D、Hy、Hs、Pd、Pt、Sc因子差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01);HTP测试评价,情绪越是稳定者自评临床症状越少,情绪不稳定者的心理健康水平低;贫困生情绪稳定者与情绪不稳定者比较,SCL-90得分差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论贫困生表现出对躯体的过分关注、情绪的焦虑、抑郁、多疑的临床特质;其人格特征与心理健康水平密切相关。建议通过搭建"和谐助困"资助体系,可以提升贫困生的整体心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the poor college students' mental health problems and make effective response strategies. Method MMPI-2,SCL-90 and HTP were used for 64 poor students which were randomly selected and statistical analysis were made for the results. Results The results of MMPI-2 show that the differences of D, Hy, Hs, Pd, Pt and Sc factors were statistically significant(p〈0.01) between the poor students and the overall adult norm. The results of HTP test show that the more emotional stability, the fewer clinical symptoms, while emotional instability of low levels of mental health. The SCL-90 score difference was significant between emotional stability poor students and instability ones(p〈0.01). Conclusion The performance of poor students were too much attention for the body, emotional anxiety, depression and suspiciousness. The personality characteristics of the poor students and their mental health were closely related. Building harmonious Zhukun financing system could raise the mental health level of poor students.
