摘　　要：大学的基本使命是培养全面发展的人。然而,目前我国大学人才培养中人文教育缺失,大学生人文素质令人担忧。人文教育有助于大学生人文素质的提高,人文教育在大学人才培养中的作用主要表现为:增长知识,促进智力发展:健全人格,促进非智力因素发展。The basic mission of colleges and universities is to cultivate all-round development talents. However, at present personnel training in our country is lack of humanities education, so college students＇ humanisic quality is worrying. The functions of humanities education in personnel training at colleges and universities mainly are as follows ： Enriching students＇ knowledge , promoting intellectual development; Cultivating healthy personality, facilitating non-intelligence factors.
