摘  要:肠道微生态菌群是一个非常复杂的微生态系统。胃肠菌群对于宿主的健康和生产成绩非常重要。依赖于以细菌分离培养为主的传统分析方法已经远远不能适应深入研究的需要。近些年围绕16S rRNA发展起来的分子方法在肠道微生态菌群研究中的应用越来越广,本文将就这些方法的应用情况作一简述。The intestinal normal microflora is considered very important for animal health and growth performance. The mierobiota affects the host by stimulating the maturation of the host immune system through interactions with pathogenic bacteria and increasing host feed consumption and uptake. However, the microbial ecology of gastrointestinal tract ecosystems is not well understood due to the classical, culture-dependent microbiological methods. It is now well known that only a fraction of the natural bacteria can be cultured, and that the conventional analysis of bacterial isolates is often inadequate and in many cases erroneous. Substantial efforts have been put into developing molecular methods to characterize the intestinal microbiota. This article summaried some molecular detection approaches applied in this field.
