摘　　要：介绍了高速轧机润滑油品含水率实时检测系统的设计内容与应用情况。该系统测量范围为0～4％，测量精度≤3％，具有报警装置，在给定权限内允许从上位机更改油号，且可进行数据查询及打印。This paper introduced the design and application of percent moisture content real-time detection system for lubricating oil of high speed mill. The measurement range of the system was from 0 to 4%, and the measurement accuracy was not more than 3%. The system has warning device and could change the oil number from upper monitor under the permitted authority. The system allowed data inquiry and data print.
