穿通支原体阳性胃癌组织超微病理观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织感染穿通支原体(Mpe)后其超微病理形态学特征。方法:对53例胃癌患者的血液和肿瘤组织进行Mpe分离培养与鉴定,并取5例Mpe检出阳性胃癌患者的肿瘤组织以及5例Mpe阴性胃癌患者的肿瘤组织在电镜下进行观察比较。结果:53例胃癌患者中17例检出阳性(32.1%,17/53),与非肿瘤对照组(1.6%,1/64)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。发现Mpe检出阳性胃癌组织出现不同程度的病理改变,表现为部分癌细胞间连接稀疏,细胞膜溶解缺损,线粒体空泡变性,内质网扩张,少数细胞溶解坏死,而凋亡现象减少;在Mpe检出阴性的胃癌患者的肿瘤组织中未能见到Mpe颗粒,见肿瘤细胞正常凋亡。结论:胃癌患者中穿通支原体检出率显著增高,穿通支原体阳性肿瘤组织电镜下见溶解坏死。Objective： To explore the ultrastructural morphological characteristics of the gastric cancer infected with M. penetrans （Mpe）. Methods： Blood and tumor tissues of patients with gastric cancer in 53 cases were isolated,cultured and identified. The tumor tissues of gastric cancer with positive Mpe were observed and compared under the elevctron microscope. Results： Mpe was detected positive in 17 cases from 53 patients of gastric cancer （32.1%, 17/53） compared with non-tumor comtrol group （1.6%, 1/64）. There was significant difference between them （P〈0.01）.The pathological changes with different degrees appeared in the gastric cancerous tissues detected Mpe positive. Its manifestations were： some cancer cellular junctions were loosened, the cell membrance was dissolved and impaired, the mitochondria showed vacuolar degeneration and the endoplasmic reticulum was dilated, a handful of cells was dissolved even dead, but apoptosis phenomena were decreased. In the tissues detected M. ponetrans negative, the M. ponetrans was not found, and the cell apoptosis was as usual. Conclusion： The detection rate of Mpe in the gastric cancer patients is obviously increased, Cellular lysis and necrosis can be found in the gastric cancerous tissues with M. ponetrans positive under the electron microscope.
