摘 要:在自行设计的高温度梯度定向凝固装置中,采用改进后的Bridgeman法,用特制的引晶器,成功拉制出Ti-50.8%Ni形状记忆合金单晶。做了结构和组织的观察,并使用DSC,SEM,XRD等方法对其相变及记忆性能等进行相应的分析研究。结果表明:这种钛镍形状记忆合金具有柱状单晶显微组织特征,消除了横向晶界;塑性加工性能、记忆稳定性、冷热循环次数均有较大提高。In a directional solidification equipment with high temperature gradient, single crystal specimens of the Ti-50.8 % Ni shape memory alloy ( SMA ) were prepared successfully by the modified Bridgeman method with special seeding. The shape memory effect and phase transition and microstructure were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and so on. The results showed that the microstructure of the specimen of TiNi shape memory alloy was a single crystal with column structure. And its plastic work performance, memory stability and number of cycle of hot-cold were improved obviously.
