摘　　要：目的:评价G6PD试剂盒在Roche modulor 010自动化分析仪的应用情况。方法:通过重复测定检测系统的精密度,按EP6-A文件稀释并检测线性,同时检测质控物评价其稳定性。另外,检测疑似HbH病人的G6PD活性。结果:MHb-RT高值和低值标本批内、批间CV分别是4%、3%和2%、8%;G6PD/6PGD比值的决定系数R2分别为0.999;质控物CV值为2%。3例疑似HbH病人标本检测结果正常。结论:此试剂盒的精密度和线性较好,能够满足临床常规检验需要。Objective：To evaluate the domestically produced C, tPD kit on Roche modulor 010 auto-biochemistry analyzer.Methods：Selected one high and one low MHb-RT value samples for precision test, the linear relationship was checked according to the protocol of EP6-A document. Quality control was performed everyday.3 highly suspected HbH samples were assayed. Results：The higher value sample GPD/6PGD ratio CV was within-run 4%, between-run 2% ,and the lower value sample CV was within-run 3%,between-run 8% respectively. The determination coefticient of G6PD/6PGD ratio was 0.999. The sequential 10 days CV results of quality control material were 2%.3 highly suspected HbH samples＇ GPD activity assayed was normal. Conclusion：Precision and linear of C, tPD kit could fit the demand of clinical work.
