摘　　要：由于自然保护与社区发展之间存在着严重的矛盾与冲突,保护区内野生动物损害庄稼的事件频频发生。遇到这种情形,受害人应该向谁索赔是目前自然保护事业遇到的一个重要问题,本文正是基于这一问题从生态经济学、资源经济学、人类学、补偿学及野生动物管理学角度出发,在有限的范围内评估野生动物肇事所造成的损失,力求探索并提出合理的经济补偿方式及途径,为维护林缘社区农民的权益,逐步解决农民的生计问题,促进自然保护事业的可持续发展做出一点贡献。Because of the bad contradictions and the conflict between the nature reserve and the community development, the incidents of damaging the crops by wild animals happened again and again in the nature reserve. In this kind of situation, it is an important and difficult problem that whom the victim should claim for. From ecological economics, resource economics, anthropology, compensation studying and wild animal management and so on, losses caused by wild animals is assessed in a limited range, rational economic compensation way is Dut forward.
