摘  要:为了探讨谷氨酸钠的心肌保护作用以及持续灌注心停搏液在防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用机理及效果。方法实验采用离体鼠心缺血/再灌注模型,通过在停搏液中加入谷氨酸钠,以及停搏液间断和持续灌注对比研究。结果谷氨酸钠组的乳酸生成量,肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)释放量明显减少,持续灌注组心肌含水量较少,超微结构损害较轻,丙二醛/超氧化物歧化酶(MDA/SOD)比例较小。结论谷氨酸钠有良好的心肌保护作用;持续灌注技术对防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤比间断灌注显示出较大的优越性;二者联合应用。Objective To study the myocardial protective effect of crystalloid cardioplegic solution containing sodium glutamate, and to compare the protective effect of intermittent perfusion with continuous perfusion using the same cardioplegia solution against the ischemic and reperfusion injury. Methods This experiment was performed on isolated rat heart ischemia and reperfusion model by adding sodium glutamate in cardioplegia solution and comparative study of the cardioplegia protective effect between intermittent and continuous perfusion was made. Results (1)Lactification and release of CPK decreased in Glutamate groups, and (2)The water content of myocardial cell was low, the ultrastructural damage of myocardial was slight and the ratio of MDA/SOD was small in continuous perfusion groups. Conclusion The results suggest: Sodium glutamate shows better effect of myocardial protection, the continuous cardioplegia perfusion has better effect than that of intermittent perfusion in prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemic /reperfusion injury, which might produce a synergistic action for myocardial protection when they are used together.
