摘　　要：我院自1996年5月至1997年6月采用经皮胆囊镜胆囊息肉微波切除术治疗，经手术和病理证实良性PL30例，其中8例用器械切除后未见出血，息肉蒂切净而未用微波处理，疗效满意。术后对20例病人经2～13个月，平均8个月随访，经B超多次复查未见息肉复发，且临床症状消失。作者认为对良性PLG采用本法给病人留住了一个功能正常的胆囊是一种理想且安全可靠的新方法。PLG 30 Cases have underwent percutaneus endoscopic polypectomy with microwave (PEPM )from May, 1996 to June, 1997, of them 8 patients underwent percutancous endopolypectomg without microware,20 patient were followed for 3~13 months with an average of 8 months found no recurrence,their clinical symptoms disappeared. Our observations suggest that PEPM is an ideal and safe operation,it preserves the gallbladder with normal function, and has advantages, of less invasion, better efficacy, quick recovery, no complications such as haemorrhage,bile leaks and perforation etc,caused less pain,the successful rate of PEPM in all 30 cases is 100%.
