摘  要:应用TCBS(硫柠胆蔗琼脂)培养基从上海金山区南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)养殖水体中分离筛选出5株优势疑似病原菌(编号为S1、S2、S3、S4、S5),应用ARDRA图谱分析、ERIC-PCR分析结合16S rD- NA的PCR扩增与测序等多相分子生物学方法对其进行了鉴定。结果表明,S1为Pseudomonas属细菌;S2为Leclercia属细菌;S3为Exihuobacterium属细菌;S4为Jeotgalibacillus属细菌;S5为Staphylococcus属细菌。GenBank登录号为EU251039~EU251043。其中S2、S3、S4是首次从南美白对虾养殖水体中分离出来的疑似病原菌。结果还表明,TCBS培养基并非专一性选择培养弧菌的培养基,其他疑似病原菌也可以在该培养基中生长。In this study five suspicious pathogenic bacterial strains (No. S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5) were isolated from the aquatic water of white-leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei in Jinshan district of Shanghai with TCBS culture medium. Preliminary identifications of these strains by ARDRA (amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis), ERIC-PCR (enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR) and sequencing of 16S rDNA were done. The preliminary results showed that S1 was Pseudomonas, S2 was Leclercia, S3 was Exihuobacteriurn,S4 was Jeotgalibacillus, S5 was Staphylococcus. GenBank accession for these five strains are EU251039-EU251043. It was the first time that the suspicious pathogenic bacteria of S2, S3 and S4 were isolated from aquatic water of white-leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. The results also showed that TCBS culture medium was not the specific selective culture medium just for Vibrio. It was useful for healthy aquaculture of white-leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei.
