摘　　要：供应链风险是当前的一个热门话题,文章对供应链风险管理主体可能存在的三种模式进行了探讨分析,一是核心企业作为风险管理主体,二是在供应链内部成立专门的风险管理机构,三是由链外第三方机构担任风险主体,并分析了三种模式各自的优缺点。最后对供应链风险管理主体的职责及如何具体实施进行了阐述。Supply chain risk is the hot topic of conversation now. this paper probes into three models to establish of risk management subject. One is the core enterprise as the subject; One is a spcial risk management agency set up in SC as the subject; One is the third agency out of the SC as the subject. And then analysis their strong and weak points in details. Finally, states the responsibilities of SC risk management subject and how to do.
