平阳霉素局部注射治疗头颈部海绵状血管瘤(附61例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告应用平阳霉素局部注射治疗头颈部海绵状血管瘤61例，病变完全消退者57例（93．4％），明显缩小者4例（6．6％），无严重并发症发生。认为本方法治愈率高、操作简便、经济、安全、副作用小，为治疗海绵状血管瘤提供了一条新的途径。Since 1991, 61 patients with head and neck cavernous hemangioma were treated with local injection of Bleomycin A_5 in our hospital. There were 28 males and 33 fe-males, ranging in age from 11 to 65 years. Hemangioma invading sites as follows:frontal area in 8, temporal in 14, nosal in 6, maxillofacial in 5, lip and cheek mucosal in 11, and neck skin in 12. The tumor sizes were about 2. 5 × 2 cm ~13. 7 × 8. 5cm. Re-sult showed that the cure rate was 93. 4% (57 in 61). Tumors were shrunk evidently in 4 cases (6. 6%) in the 0. 5 to 5 years of follow-up. Serious complications were rarely found during the period of investigation. We suggest that the Bleomycin A_5 local injec-tion for cavernous hemangioma is a good therapeutic method.
