环氧化酶-2在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及对淋巴管生成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达意义及对淋巴管生成的影响。方法应用envision免疫组化法测定60例甲状腺乳头状癌患者的病理标本中COX-2蛋白表达,并进行评分,同时用D2-40显色淋巴管进行淋巴管密度(LVD)计数。结果甲状腺乳头状癌中COX-2较正常组织表达明显增高,有淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌患者中COX-2的阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05),LVD计数显著高于无转移组(P<0.01);COX-2与LVD之间存在显著相关性(r=0.71,P<0.01)。结论COX-2对甲状腺乳头状癌患者的淋巴管形成起重要作用,促进甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结的转移。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） and its relation to lymphangiogenesis in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The tissue sections were collected from 60 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma. The expression of COX-2 was detected by envision immunohistochemical staining; the lymph vessel density （LVD） was calculated by counting numbers of D2-40 positive lymph vessel. Results The positive COX-2 expression rate in papillary thyroid carcinoma was higher than that in normal thyroid tissue （Х^2=25. 34,P〈0.05）. COX-2 expression rate in papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis （Х^2= 3. 796,P〈0.05）. The LVD in papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was remarkably higher than that without lymph node metastasis （t= 13.21,P〈0.01）. COX-2 expression was positively correlated with LVD in papillary thyroid carcinoma （r= 0. 762,P〈0.01） Conclusion COX-2 may be involved in lynphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma.
