摘　　要：科技期刊中的中国人英译名格式多样化,给信息交流和检索带来难度。建议有关部门尽快制订符合时代特色的标准,科技期刊出版单位严格按标准规范著者的英译名格式。Diversified English translations of Chinese authors＇name in sci-tech journals have brought difficulties for the communication and the literature retrieval. A suggestion is proposed for the departments concerned to set up as soon as possible standards that conform to today＇s characteristics. This paper also holds that the journal publishers should normalize the English translations of Chinese names.
