P53 and PTEN protein expression in gastric carcinoma

摘　　要：[目的]检测胃癌组织中P53、PTEN蛋白的表达情况,进一步探讨它们在胃癌发生发展过程中的作用。[方法]免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌、癌旁及胃炎组织中P53和PTEN蛋白表达情况。[结果]P53蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达率为88.7%,明显高于胃炎(23,5%)及癌旁组织(11.3%)的表达率(P<0.05)。PTEN蛋白在胃癌组织的表达率为64.5%,明显低于胃炎组织的表达率(91.2%,P<0.05)。在55例P53蛋白表达的胃癌组织中,21例不表达PTEN蛋白;在7例P53蛋白表达阴性的胃癌组织中,仅1例不表达PTEN蛋白。[结论]胃癌组织中P53蛋白表达上调,PTEN蛋白表达下调。[Objective] To detect the expression of P53 and PTEN proteins,in gastric carcinoma.[Methods] The immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of P53 and PTEN proteins in gastric carcinoma,paratumorous lesions and gastritis.[Results] The positive rate of P53 expression was 88.7% in gastric carcinoma,which was significantly higher than that in paratumorous lesions（11.3%） and gastritis（23.5%） respectively（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of PTEN expression was 64.5% in gastric carcinoma,which was significantly lower than that in gastritis（91.2%,P〈0.05）.In 55 cases of gastric carcinoma with P53 protein expression,21 cases did not express PTEN protein,while in 7 cases of gastric carcinoma without P53 protein expression, only one case did not express PTEN protein.[Conclusion] The higher expression of P53 protein and the lower expression of PTEN protein may exist in gastric carcinoma.
