摘 要:[目的]探索土壤重金属Cd对水稻效应的区域分异。[方法]以我国辽宁(棕壤)、江苏(黄泥土)、天津(潮土)、湖北(红壤)和广西(石灰土)5区典型土壤类型为研究对象,以杂交水稻180为供试品种,采用盆栽试验,对土壤中重金属Cd对水稻生长和稻米重金属Cd含量影响的区域分异进行了研究。[结果]水稻株高、产量受土壤Cd污染的影响具有明显的南北区域分异,5区中北方的辽宁、天津地区在土壤Cd浓度较高时水稻长势依然较好,而南方的广西、湖北等地区在较低土壤Cd浓度水平下,对水稻生长产生明显的抑制。虽然土壤类型对水稻Cd含量吸收的影响较为显著,但南北方区域分异并不明显。[结论]土壤重金属Cd对作物效应因土壤类型不同表现出明显的区域分异特征。[Objective] The study was to explore the regional differentiation in effect of heavy metal Cd in soil on rice.[Method]With five typical soil types of 5 regions as research object,including Liaoning(Brown earth),Jiangsu(permeable paddy earth),Tianjin(Fluvo-aquic earth),Hubei(Red earth),Guangxi(limestone earth),a pot experiment was conducted to study the regional differentiation in effect of heavy metal Cb in typical soil types on Cd accumulation and growth of rice.[Result] The effect of soil Cd contamination on the plant height and yield of rice showed obvious south-north regional differentiation.The rice growth of Tianjin and Liaoning in North China was still better under higher Cd level, while the rice growth of Guangxi and Hubei in South China was significantly inhibited under low cadmium level.The effect of soil type on the uptake of Cd by rice was significant,but there was no obvious regional differentiation between the south and north.[Conclusion] The effect of heavy metal Cd in soil on plant showed t he obvious regional differentiation characteristic with different soil types.
