摘　　要：产业联盟是解决智能交通产业发展共性问题的有效途径。在阐述产业联盟内涵的基础上,分析了广东省智能交通产业联盟构建的动力机制,探讨了广东省智能交通产业联盟构建的步骤,并提出了政府在产业联盟构建与运行中的管理对策。Industry union is the effective method to solve the common problem in the development of ITS industry. Based on stating the intension of industry union, the motive power mechanism of the construction of Guangdong ITS industry union was analyzed, and the construction steps of Guangdong ITS industry union were discussed. Finally, the countermeasures for government management in construction and operation in industry union were presented.
