摘　　要：本文分析了以往战略性产业的相关理论,摈弃了以往将战略性产业类同于主导产业、新兴产业或者支柱产业的观点,从"战略"的本质和产业结构优化的根本目的出发,对战略性产业进行了重新的定义并且提供了一个区域战略性产业选择的新方法。This paper points out several misunderstanding about the conception and attributes of strategic industries after analyzing the existing theories. And it redefines the regional strategic industries based on the essence of strategy and the radical objects of optimization of regional industry structure rather than selecting strategic industries as leading industries, emerging industries or pillar industries.
