不同类型胸腔积液表达癌胚抗原mRNA的差别

摘　　要：目的分析癌胚抗原mRNA(CEA mRNA)在不同类型胸腔积液(包括良性漏出液、良性渗出液和恶性胸腔积液)中表达的差别,探讨CEA mRNA指标鉴别诊断良、恶性胸腔积液的应用价值。方法对良性漏出液、良性渗出液和恶性胸腔积液应用反转录-套式-聚合酶链反应技术检测CEA mRNA,比较各类胸腔积液检测结果的差别。结果漏出液、渗出液和恶性胸腔积液表达CEA mRNA的阳性率分别为1.0%(1/103),3.7%(4/107)和81.2%(134/165),恶性胸腔积液表达CEA mRNA的阳性率远远高于良性胸腔积液(P<0.01)。结论良、恶性胸腔积液CEA mRNA的表达具有极显著性差别,CEA mRNA具有高度的鉴别诊断良、恶性胸腔积液的价值。Objective To analyze the different expression of carcinoembryonic antigen mRNA （CEA mRNA） in the diverse type of dropsy of chest （including： benign tansudatory dropsy of chest, benign effusion and malignant pleural effusion） in order to investigate the applied value of CEA mRNA on the differential diagnosis of benign or malignant pleural effusion. Methods CEA mRNA was detected by reverse transcriptase-nested primers-polymerase chain reaction in benign tansudatory dropsy of chest,benign effusion and malignant pleural effusion. Results The positive rate of CEA mRNA were 1.0% （1/103） in the benign tansudatory dropsy of chest,3.7% （4/107） in the benign effusion and 81.2% （134/165） in the malignant pleural effusion. The differences on the positive rate of CEA mRNA in the malignant pleural effusion was far higher than the benign dropsy of chest （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The differences on the positive e-expression of CEA mRNA had statistics meaning between benign and malignant dropsy of chest. CEA mRNA have higher applied value on the differential diagnosis of benign or malignant dropsy of chest.
