摘　　要：目的探讨利用混合血清制备质控参考品对不同实验室间补体C 3,C 4检测结果进行校准的可能性。方法分别检测单份血清和由这些单份血清制备的混合血清的C 3,C 4,比较单份血清检测值的均数与混合血清检测值的接近程度;将100份正常人血清(40岁以下成人,男女各半)等量混合为参比血清与1名患者血清同时送6家临床实验室检测,依照同一实验室检测的参比血清检测值和《全国临床检验操作规程(第3版)》给定的各项目的参考值对患者血清检测值进行校准,观察校准效果。结果混合血清检测值与单份血清测定值的均数十分接近;患者血清送6家临床实验室C 3,C 4检测结果的CV值分别为10.32%和16.14%,校准后为4.99%和6.53%。结论依照参比血清检测值和约定真值对待检血清C 3,C 4检测值进行校准效果明显。Objective To improve comparability of the results in different laboratories on C3 and C4. Methods C3 and C4 in the individual serum and pooled serum from these individual serum were detected. The mean of value from individual serum were compared with the value from the pooled serum. The pooled serum was prepared with 100 health persons ,men female=1 ： 1 ,as a reference sample. The reference sample and patient sample ,random selection,were sent to 6 laborato ries for examination with different systems. The results with patient sample were adjusted according to results of reference sample in the same laboratory with patient sample and reference values in Chinese. Results Means of the value from individual serum were close with the value from the pooled serum. The CV of C3 and C4 from patient sample in 6 laboratories were 10. 32% and 16.14% ,these became 4.99% and 6.53 respectively after adjustment. Conclusion The comparability of resultstin different laboratories on C3 and C4 with the pooled serum as＇reference to adjust can be improved.
