摘　　要：目的提高对病案复印管理的认识。方法通过对我院病案复印工作的体会和相关资料的检索,对其中相关法律问题及产生的原因进行分析。结果病案复印中的法律问题对医院病案管理有一定的影响。结论医院应加强对病案复印工作的管理力度,增进医患和谐。Objective To enhance the understanding in the duplication of the medical records. Methods We analyzed the problems in law and their causes through experiences of the duplication of the medical records and the retrieval of the data in our hospital. Results The legal issues have some influences on medical record management. Conclusions The hospitals should strengthen the duplication of the medical records to enhance the harmony between doctors and patients.
