摘　　要：区域新生儿疾病筛查信息系统的应用实现了区域内各筛查机构、接生机构、妇幼保健机构和卫生主管部门可依托Internet网络功能访问系统主页,完成筛查、召回、治疗、随访等日常工作,并集中保存数据,实现区域共享。为保证Internet上数据交换的安全,部署了防火墙、VPN、NIDS等网络及数据安全防范措施。系统应用明显提高各项管理指标,产生较大的社会和经济效益。The application of regional information system of newborn disease screening realizes that each screening institution, midwifery institution, maternity and child health care organization, as well as competent health authority can visit system homepage to complete daily work such as screening, recall, treatment and follow-up by means of Internet function, collectively stores data, and achieves the regional sharing. In order to guarantee the security of data exchange on the Internet, it arranges the network and data security measures, such as firewall, VPN and NIDS. The application of system distinctly improves every management index and leads great social and economic benefits.
