摘　　要：本实验先通过Perkin反应由苯甲醛和乙酸酐在碱性催化剂下合成肉桂酸,经SOCl2氯化后得到肉桂酰氯,进而与牛磺酸在碱性条件下反应,得到了一种新的肉桂酰胺2-(3-苯基-丙烯酰胺基)-乙磺酸,为下一步设计和合成抗高血压药物新型ACEI(血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂)提供中间体。产物结构由IR和1H NMR确证。2-（3-Phenyl-acryloylamino）-ethanesulfonic acid was synthesized by condensation of taurine with cinnamyl chloride under alkalescent conditions, following with the chlorination of cinnamic acid by using SOCl2. And cinnamic acid was prepared by Perkin reaction. The preparation of the compound provided important intermediate for the design and synthesis of a novel ACEI （angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor） as antihypertensive drug. The structures were confirmed by IR and 1 H NMR
