摘 要:为探究棉籽油调和比例对调和油燃烧热值影响的规律,实现对特定调和比例的调和油热值的预测,本文采用ZR-15恒温式量热计测定了棉籽油及其调和油的恒容燃烧热,并采用统计软件对调和油热值进行了回归分析,得出调和油燃烧热值与棉籽油调和比例之间的二次曲线回归方程。结果表明:调和油的热值伴随棉籽油调和比例的增加而下降,且下降趋势逐渐变缓;棉籽油调和比例与调和油热值之间更符合二次曲线回归,该回归方程可用于调和油热值的预测。以上结果可为棉籽油的工程化应用研究提供参考。The paper is to research the influence regulation on cottonseed oil ratio and blending oil heat value. So the specific ratio of the blending oil heat value can be estimated. We applied the heat values under constant volume of cottonseed oil and its blending oil are systematically measured with ZR-15 constant-temperature calorimetry, by applying SPSS statistical software we analysed the relation between the heat values of blending oil and the percentage of cottonseed oil. The results show that the heat value of blending oil reduces with the combustion ratio of cottonseed oil increasing, and its descending trend becomes gradually slow, the regression analysis shows that the percentage of cottonseed oil to reconcile with blending oil heat value compared with quadratic curve regression is better, and reaches its quadratic curve regression equation. According to the regression equation, the heat value of bleeding oil can be estimated. Some useful references for the engineering application of cottonseed oil can be provided.
