摘　　要：通过对中心管件与盖件2个塑件的工艺分析,介绍了注射成型模具的结构及工作过程。针对塑料制品的结构特点及生产特点采用1模2件组合结构;阐述了浇注系统、型芯结构及转换流道开关的基本设计思路,并利用UG软件对中心管件与盖件进行了注射模设计。经生产验证,模具结构满足成型工艺要求,脱模动作可靠,产品质量好。The structure and working process of an injection mould for moulding a centralized piping port and a cover lid were stated after an analysis on the forming process and technological characteristics of the products. The points in designing the runner system, cores mechanism and transfer switch of sprue were described. And an injection mould for the forming was designed by using UG software.
