摘  要:目的探讨乌索酸(UA)对体外培养的人胃癌细胞系BGC-823增殖的抑制作用。方法用MTT法在不同浓度、不同给药时间、不同溶剂溶解的条件下,以5-Fu作对照,观察uA对人胃癌细胞系BGC-823细胞的体外增殖抑制效果。结果UA在低浓度条件下(5~20mg/L)对BGC823细胞抑制率呈浓度依赖性。25~2000mg/L时随着浓度的增加抑制率无明显差异;UA对BGC-823细胞作用呈时间依赖性;不同溶剂溶解UA,抑制率无差异(P〉0.05);UA对BGC-823细胞抑制率明显高于5Fu(P〈0.01)。结论uA对体外培养的人胃癌细胞系BGC-823有明显的增殖抑制作用,用药量小时呈现浓度依赖性及时间依赖性;其增殖抑制作用强于5Fu。溶剂不同对UA增殖抑制作用无影响。Objective It is to explore the inhibitory effect of Ursolic acid (UA) on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line BGC - 823 in vitro. Methods MTT assay was used at different concentrations, time phases and solvents of Urosolic acid and 5 - Fu was used as control. Results Under the condition of lower concentration of UA(5 20 mg/L), the inhibitory rate (IR) of BGC- 823 showed concentration dependent. Under the higher concentration (25 - 2 000 mg/L), there was no significant difference as the concentration increased. The effect of UA on BGC 823 cell showed time dependence (P 〉0.05). There was no difference in IR when treated with different solvents. Compared with 5 - Fu, IR of BGC 823 by UA was obviously higher (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion UA has obvious effect of proliferation inhibition on human gastric cancer cell line BGC- 823. At lower concentration it has concentration and time dependence, and its inhibitory effect is better than that of 5 Fu. There was no difference in inhibitory effect on BGC 823 among different solvents.
