健胃愈疡颗粒剂对胃溃疡患者胃粘膜bFGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健胃愈疡颗粒对消化性溃疡患者胃黏膜bFGF表达的影响,探讨健胃愈疡颗粒的疗效机制。方法52例胃溃疡(肝郁脾虚证)患者,随机分为治疗组和西药对照组,另设正常对照组;治疗组予健胃愈疡颗粒,对照组予法莫替丁片加硫糖铝片,4周为1个疗程,Hp阳性者加用阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片;治疗前后胃镜下取溃疡边缘黏膜进行免疫组化及RT-PCR实验,检测bFGF的表达水平。结果bFGF在正常胃黏膜中有少量表达,两组治疗前较正常胃黏膜增加,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后两组表达均显著增加,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健胃愈疡颗粒可能通过增强促溃疡愈合因子bFGF的表达,达到促进溃疡愈合的目的。Objective To research the effect of JianweiYuyang （JWYY） granule on the expression of bFGF of gastric mucosa in patients with gastric ulcer, and to explore the therapeutic mechanism for gastric ulcer. Methods Fifty - two patients with gastric ulcer （GU） and Ganyupixu syndrome were randomly divided into JWYY- treated group and famotidine - and -sucralfate- treated group, in addition, normal control group was set. The expression of bFGF was measured with immunity histochemistry and RT- PGR before and after treatment. Results The level of bFGF which was expressed weakly in normal mucosa, increased moderately in gastric ulcer mucosa, and raised significantly after treatment. And there were significant differences between JWYY - treated group and famotidine - and - sucralfate - treated group （ P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions JWYY can accelerate the ulcer healing by increasing the expression of bFGF.
