康惠尔透明贴防治化疗泵持续滴入5-氟脲嘧啶致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴对氟脲嘧啶化疗所致血管及局部组织损伤的防治效果。方法将128例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例。在整个化疗期间，观察组每次化疗前均清洁穿刺局部皮肤，并用康惠尔透明贴覆盖；对照组不应用任何血管保护措施，比较2组静脉炎的防治效果。结果2组静脉炎发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），观察组显著低于对照组。结论康惠尔透明贴可有效防治化疗对肿瘤患者血管及局部组织的损伤，Objective To discuss the preventive and curative effect of Kanghuier transparent dressing on prevention of vascular and local tissure injury induced by continous dripping of 5-fluorouracil. Methods Patients（ 128 cases） were divided into the observation group and the control group with 64 cases in each group. Cleaning of the local skin around puncture point and use of Kanghuier transparent dressing were adopted in the observation group.The control group received no vascular protective measures.The effect of phlebitis prevention was compared between the two groups. Results Statistical difference existed in the incidence rate of phlebitis between the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）,the rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Kanghuier transparent dressing can prevent the vascular and local tissure injury caused by chemotherapy for tumor patients.
