摘  要:目的:观察经丹参酮ⅡA干预后的心血瘀阻证大鼠在心电图和心肌HBFP染色上的变化。方法:用垂体后叶素尾静脉注射法复制心血瘀阻证大鼠模型。将W istar大鼠随机分为3组:丹参酮ⅡA组、心血瘀证模型组、正常对照组。各组均在灌胃10天后造模,测量大鼠各时间点的心电图后,取心脏做HBFP特殊染色。结果:丹参酮ⅡA组与心血瘀阻证模型组比较可以显著对抗由垂体后叶素诱发的心血瘀阻证心电图J点变化(P<0.05或P<0.01),正常对照组与心血瘀阻证之间心电图J点变化具有显著差别(P<0.05或P<0.01);心肌HBFP染色,丹参酮ⅡA组未见有心肌细胞的颜色改变,也未见有炎细胞的浸润,心血瘀阻证模型组大鼠心肌细胞呈明显的阳性改变。结论:丹参酮ⅡA能够改善心血瘀阻证的心电图和心肌细胞染色的表现。Objective :To research the effect of heart blood stasis rat intervened by Tanshinone IIA on the electrocardiogram and expression by special pathologic dying method (HBFP). Methods:Randomly divided Wistar rat into 3 groups, they are Tanshinone IIA group, heart blood stasis group, and normal group. The model of heart blood stasis (myocardial isehemia) was established with Pit inject via caudal vein. Every rat was examined ECG after they were in narcosis. After injection record every rat ECG ,then get the cardiac muscle to examine the expression by special pathologic dying method (HBFP). Results:About ECG :there is statistic means compares Tanshinone IIA group to heart blood stasis and normal. By special pathologic dying method (HBFP) on cardiac muscle;there have obviously changes in cell; the eolour of cell, in heart blood stasis group and model group changed into red, differ to the Tanshinone IIA group cell which has no obviously changes. Conclusion :Tanshinone IIA can ameliorate ECG and HBFP expression of the heart blood stasis rat.
