摘　　要：主要从《医贯》玄元肤论中的五行论篇入手,浅谈名医赵献可对五行学说的认识及其对临床治法治则的指导意义,五行学说并不仅是简单的生克制化,而是有其更深刻的内在意义,赵氏则更是大胆地提出了许多新的见解,实际上,时至今日,五行学说在中医理论体系和临床论治中仍有很重要的价值。在五行学说日益淡化的今天,希望能重新引起医者对五行学说的重视。The article is try to discuss the theory of five elements and its clinical value from the theory of five elements of Zhao xian-ke who is a famous doctor and has his own insights in this theory in his work YiGuan. Five phase theory is not only Simply engendering and restraining,but also profound. The theory of five elements have profound meaning and important value in the whole Chinese medicine theories and clinical application and cannot be looked down on.
