摘　　要：经皮给药系统,是指皮肤给药而起到全身治疗作用的控释制剂,经皮给药制剂能够保持血药水平稳定在有效治疗浓度范围内,避免了胃肠道及肝的首过作用,它是第三代药物制剂开发研究的中心。中药经皮给药是指将中药制成各种合适外用剂型施于皮肤(患处或相应经穴),通过皮肤吸收作用于皮肤局部或进入体内产生药效,达到治疗目的的给药方法。我国古代许多医籍中对中药经皮治疗都有记载,如《内经》、《肘后备急方》、《理瀹骈文》等名著,特别是《理瀹骈文》,收集了100多种经皮治疗的方法,方剂达1500多首。就经皮给药的发展史作一简要叙述。Transdermal drug delivery system can bring effect in systematic treatment, transdermal drug delivery system can maintain the level of stability in the serum concentration of effective treatment and avoid the first-pass effect of gastrointestinal and liver, it＇s research and development center on the third generation pharmaceutical preparations. The herbal transdermal drug delivery refers to herbal were made of various formulations and application to the skin, which absorption through the skin and partial role in the skin or into the body produce efficacy, many of medical books in ancient China have records of the herbal transdermal drug delivery, such as Neifing,Zhuhou Beififang,Liye Pianwen etc, especially the liye Pianwen , which collection of more than 100 kinds of percutaneous treatment methods, the Prescription of over 1,500.
