益气逐瘀法治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气逐瘀法治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将180例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者随机分为3组,治疗1组100例予益气逐瘀中药煎剂,日1剂,分2次口服;治疗2组40例予益气逐瘀中药颗粒,日1剂,分2次热水冲服;对照组40例予桂枝茯苓胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次口服。3组均经期停服,3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗1组总有效率93.0%,治疗2组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率85.0%。治疗1组、治疗2组总有效率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气逐瘀法治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤疗效确切,能明显缩小子宫肌瘤的体积,改善患者临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqizhuyu decoction on uterine myoma peri-menopausal period.Methods 180 patients with uterine myoma peri-menopausal period were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in treatmentⅠgroup（n=100） were given Yiqizhuyu decoction（twice a day,by decoctum）.Patients in treatmentⅡgroup（n=40） were given Yiqizhuyu powder（twice a day,by taking medicine after mixing with water）.There was a discontinuation at menstruation.Patients in control group（n=40） were treated by cassia tuckahoe capsule（3 pills,thrice a day）.Results Total effective rate in treatmentⅠgroup were 93.0%;92.5% in treatmentⅡgroup;85.0% in control group.There were obvious differences on total effective rate in treatmentⅠ,Ⅱ group compared with those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of Yiqizhuyu therapy was superior to cassia tuckahoe capsule on uterine myoma peri-menopausal period.
