摘 要:采用微波辐射技术,以大孔树脂作催化剂,丁酸和异戊醇为原料直接酯化合成丁酸异戊酯。探讨微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸摩尔比以及催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,优化的反应条件为:丁酸0.20mol,醇酸摩尔比1.6∶1,催化剂用量为反应物质量的15%,微波功率350W,反应时间20min,在此条件下丁酸异戊酯的产率可达96.0%以上。并用折光率和红外光谱等手段对产品进行了确证。The isoamyl butyrate was synthesized by esterification ofn-butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol with macroporous resin as catalyst by use of microwave induction. The effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to n-butyric acid and the use level of catalyst on esterification reaction were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 0.20 mol n-butyric acid, the molar ratio ofisoamyl alcohol to n-butyric acid was 1.6:1, the use level of catalyst was 15 % of the reagent, microwave power as 350 W, and reaction time as 20 min. Under the above conditions, the yield ofisoamyl butyrate could reach up to 96 %. The synthesized product was confirmed by refractive index and IR.
