摘　　要：对葱属植物组织培养各个方面的研究现状进行了综述,包括器官培养、胚培养、单倍体培养和原生质体培养。并评述了这些生物技术在葱属植物遗传育种和品质改良中的应用前景。同时对现有工作中存在的不足进行了总结。Research status of tissue culture of Allium plant in various aspects were summarized,it included organ culture,embryo culture,haploid culture and protoplast culture.The application prospect of these biotechnologies in genetics breeding and quality improvement of Allium plant was described.And time the existing shortcomings in the work were summed up at the same.
