缺血性脑卒中患者c反应蛋白水平与病情及预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究缺血性脑卒中患者急性期c反应蛋白(CRP)水平与病情及预后的相关性分析。方法:测定87例缺血性脑卒中患者发病后24h内的血清CRP水平,分析其与其他血生化指标危险因素及患者出院时的Barthel指数的关系。结果:CRP异常组冠心病患病率为50.98%、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平为(4.50±0.71)mmol/L,明显高于CRP正常组的27.78%(3.95±0.84 mmol/L(P<0.05)。CRP异常组出院时的Barthel指数(51.82±10.56)低于CRP正常组(62.36±8.02)(P<0.05)。CRP水平与Barthel指数间的相关性有统计学意义(r=0.741,P<0.001)。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者CRP水平对近期预后有预测作用。Objective：To analyze the correlation among level of C reactive protecin（CRP）, disease condition and prognosis during patients＇ acute stage in ischemic stroke. Methods： To test serum CRP level of 87 patients of ischemic stroke within 24 hours after the disease occurred. To analyze the correlation among the serum CRP level, other danger factors of blood bio - chemical criteria and parameter of Barthel when patients left the hospital. Methods： The CRP abnormal Group showed that the morbidity rate of coronary heart disease accounted for 50. 98%, the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol is （4.50 ± 0. 71 ） mmoL/L, which is evidently higher than the CRP normal Group（ 3.95 ±0. 84 mmol/L（ P 〈 0.05 ） by 27： 78%. The Bartherl parameter of CRP abnormal Group is （ 51.82± 10. 56 ）, which is lower than the CRP normal Group （62.36 ± 8.02） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, when the patient left the hospital. There is statistic significance of correlation between CRP level and Barthel parameter（ r = 0. 741, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The CPR level of ischemic stroke can play a role in pre -estimating near future prognosis.
