高强度聚焦超声治疗腹膜后恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗腹膜后恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。【方法】应用FEP-BY02型高强度聚焦超声设备对35例晚期腹膜后恶性肿瘤患者进行治疗,并观察其疗效及并发症。【结果】PR 4例(11.4%),SD 19例(54.3%),PD 12例(34.3%),全组无CR病例,RR 11.4%,DCR为65.7%。治疗后82.9%的患者疼痛症状明显缓解,全部病例未出现皮肤灼伤、胰漏、出血、胃肠道穿孔等并发症。【结论】HIFU对腹膜后恶性肿瘤是一种安全有效的局部治疗方法。[Objective]To investigate the effect and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） for the treatment of patients with retroperitoneal malignant tumor. [Methods]Thirty five patients with retroperitoneal malignant tumor were treated with HIFU,and its efficacy and safety were investigated. [Results]Four in all 35 patients attained PR（11.4 %）, 19 patients attained SD（54.3 % ）, and the overall response rate （CR＋ PR） was 11.4%. Easement of pain was attained in 29 of 35 （82.9%） patients with lumbago and bellyache. No complications （i. e. shin burn,pancreatic leakage, bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation） occurred in all patients. [Conclusion] HIFU is an effective and safe way for the treatment of retroperitoneal malignant tumor.
