摘　　要：介绍了基于Visual FoxPro数据库系统开发的广西森林火险等级网络测报系统的编程技术和实现过程,阐述了系统设计思想、工作原理、总体框架和开发平台,对系统数据库网络气象数据提取、加工转换、森林火险等级预报指数的计算以及实现实时在线自动预报的一些关键技术要点作了论述.This paper introduces the programming technology and the process of realizing broadcasting network system of forest fire rank in Guangxi based on Visual FoxPro database language. It also expatiates ideas for the design, principles, general framework, developmental platform, and some essential techniques of the system how to process and transform meteorological data, how to analyze and calculate the rank indexes, and finally how to realize auto-broadcasting on line on real time.
